Refund policy

We work continuously  to offer outstanding items both in store and online. With over 2000 items to choose from plus our online and custom opportunities, enables us to offer you to return items within 30 days of delivery for in-store credit only. Your Addessi Jewelers credit can be applied to online or in store purchase. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items.
